PPL had a great price on Suburban water heaters so we ordered the 10 gallon DSI electric. It arrived in perfect shape & in a timely manner. This was one of many previous orders & as before we have been completely satisfied.

The maser at or unit is to short and I can not use it. The handle for the brown tank discharge hits where the hose is. The previous unit was about 3 inches longer and worked great. I had to buy an extender to use the maserator. Now I have to disconnect the unit after I use it vice leaving it hooked up all the time.

However, the unit came with 5 ounces of oil (dirty) already filled.
Directions said it was empty. So, I struggled a bit trying to get it started. In the end, I dumped all the oil and start with fresh (13.5 ounces) oil to get it started.
Extremely satisfied with PPL Motorhomes. Ordered my item and it was delivered the very next day! Will definitely check with them first on any further RV items needed!

DL Freight called and said their driver was not capable of driving the mountain road where I live to deliver. So I had to meet the truck 11 miles from my home. This road is traveled by numerous trucks of all types and sizes. He had a straight truck, maybe 30' long. He would have had no problem. Since I was his last delivery and it was late he just didn't want to drive the extra 11 miles. I think I deserve a partial refund on the delivery charge. I waited all day from 11 am to past 3 pm; at that time they called and said they couldn't deliver the load. Totally unacceptable. I look forward to hearing about my refund.

Easy to find the products I'm looking for.
I ordered my parts online on Sunday night, and realized I forgot one. I called them Monday morning to add the one I forgot and it wasn't a problem because the order didn't ship yet.
Everyone I talked to was very nice and accommodating.There customer service is number one.
