Never was sent a tracking number or verification the order was on its way, i called a week later to find out that the package was being delivered "today". Yup, i received it a couple of hrs later that day. No biggie, just was would have been nice to know that the item was shipped and when it was going to be delivered. Other than that, service was awesome! Thanks again, will use you in the future.

PPl is a great place shop for rv parts and supply's. Their old time catalog is always a big help in locating the exact part one may be looking for and price's are fair.

After looking at other sites for the same product, it was evident that PPL Motor Homes not only offered the best price but also did not charge an excessive amount for shipping such a heavy product (~ 160 lbs). The added bonus was that even though standard ground shipping was selected, I still received the product in just a few days!
