Bought some parts for my camper there a while back, and was told awning came with everything needed. When I got it, it didn't come with hardware. I called back to complain, ended up being nice, then bought the hardware. When it came, it came wrong. They charged me a restocking fee, shipping, and charged me for again another set. It was ridicuolous. I will take my business elsewhere now.
I did have a slight problem finding the items; have a 2011 Book so typed in name or item # and it did take a little time to find what I was looking for since there was a crossover in description.

Excellent transaction. Great price on a great product.
Good price and prompt shipping on water heater. Also purchased a couple rolls of butyl tape - less pleased with that as they appeared to be old. The backing paper was all crinkly and very difficult to separate from the butyl. Had to throw out about 20% of the tape where it would not release from the backing paper. I have used tape from other vendors and have not had this problem before.
Ordering was easy and price was good. Packages arrived in great shape and very fast. Would definitely recommend PPL for all you needs!
