Good products and great prices! I'm happy with the product. My only complaint would be, not knowing how soon the product would ship out. I kind of felt left in the dark in that aspect. But in regards to the actual product...I'm very happy.
Good website. I also phoned for some information and was happy with information I received and the nice person I spoke with. When ordering my water heater door it would be helpful if you would better clarify that the water heater door I ordered is for 6 gallon models. You have that info on the listing for the 10 gal but not the 6 gallon so I was a bit unsure which door to order. Everthing else GOOD!
Very easy online shopping site and very good price. One unit was damaged and customer service handled it very well. They had the damaged unit picked up the next day and put in an order for the replacement right away. Very pleasant people to deal with.

Had what I needed at a good price. Shopping was easy and it arrived fairly quickly.
I ordered a sales item and the item was put on hold due to shipping to one address and my payment address being different. The person I was told to contact never answered my calls or returned my calls. After getting ahold of Customer Service, the sale was released. I then received a call that the sales item I purchased was no longer available and then they tried to sell me a smaller cooler for more money. Overall, I got a 5 gallon smaller cooler for the same amount I was originally spending but I did receive my product in the end.
The service was great and the package arrived In a timely manner. The package was secured to prevent damage.
