This is my first order with PPL, so I will give a full review after I receive my order. Price was a major factor concerning my order. PPL was by far the best price on this item.

3 business days later...wow, it's here, shipped via UPS. Opened the box and see that Thetford has done their homework on packaging. Well protected against the unexpected. Unlike some ammo companies, PPL does not over=package so it comes in the original box, torn a bit and a crease in the cardboard but Thetford did a great job insulating the contents from the normal dings of shipping so wa-laa...the ceramic toilet arrived in perfect condition. Thank you PPL and thank you Thetford.

Finally a inernet transaction that went smoothly. I was looking for a generator on the web, found one at a good price. Called PPL to ask some questions, Todd was very polite and profesional, and took my order on the phone. Recieved my generator very quickly, could not ask for anything more. The way it should be.
I ordered the wrong part online and called the parts personnel and they were very helpful in getting the right part to me ASAP. Great folks to do business with.

Easy and quick
Fedx dropped the ball. My generator was to be delivered on Saturday by the end of the day. It was on the truck out for delivery. I didn't receive it and called customer service and the told me ( the business closed) and it won't be delivered until Tuesday by the end of the day. They don't deliver again in my area until Tuesday, oh well.
It was here before noon on Tuesday
Order screen should also offer the hitch ball as an add on where the shopper has the option of adding or skipping.
