I had to order an item on a Saturday and was told that it would be processed on Monday morning. The item was on my doorstep by noon on Tuesday. Very fast delivery time! Placing the order over the phone was very quick and easy and I appreciated the detailed Email confirmation.

Have not had warm enough weather for me to install water heater so I marked 3 stars on the product. I have not even pulled it out of the box.

I did not get the right door. Their should have been another part (looks like a door frame) available when ordering. Everything hooked up great but water is not getting hot. Water is warm and then cold. Currently trying to figure it out. Coach is a 2002 Everest 5th wheel.

I wanted to order a spare water pump for the fresh water system on my boat. I called PPL to verify that they had one in stock. I got to a person right away who was able to verify they had one left. I bought it on the spot and it was delivered to my house in less than a week. I would definitely order from them again.

I had questions about a products configuration. The PPL contact promptly found the item and confirmed its configuration for me.

I purchased parts at PPL 10 years ago for a prior RV I owned (and sold in 2008) and your customer service has always been friendly and courteous.

The order was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged and undamaged. Can't wait to install them and get camping again.
