In my opinion, shipping expense was slightly excessive.
Items were shipped without my complete address, that is lot 55 on my address nearly causing an item to be sent back. There are a hundred sites on this campground and the driver did not want to stop at every one.
This was my third order with PPL. Each order was shipped to our winter address in south Texas within only a couple of days of ordering. I've had nothing but great service from PPL. I definitely will continue to be a PPL customer.

No matter what the big ticket item is, ppl is always has the lowest price! Delivery time is excellent. Customer service is top notch. Over the years I have purchased many items over $500 each and I have saved hundreds of dollars!

Product/delivery was very good,problem was trying to pay with a Canadian visa credit card,also American debit card,took over 3 hours for approval as PPl said none of the address's matched,I phoned the credit & debit company's & both said there should not have been a problem,but over all one happy camper.
Great price but it came blemished. It looked like it places the plastic had big air bubbles and on edge looked like it had cracked and a big glob of glue or plastic was put over the cracked area. If it wasn't going on the top of the trailer where no one could see it, I would have had to return it. As it is, I'm concerned that it will not hold up the same as an undamaged one. My request would be to really look over the product you are sending out. Otherwise, it gives the impression you are just sending out seconds or damaged items you want to get rid of.
I ordered a propane alarm and it wasn't what was pictured but it was the same size as my old one and fit into the same spot. Overall very pleased, easy to install and works great!

Only problem with the item is they do not tell you that you cannot get local channels when you hook up 2 receivers.

The awning fabric we ordered was exactly as we wanted. The colors are great and weight seems good. The price was excellent and UPS delivered on time and left it at our door.
James was friendly and knowledgeable. Was very pleased with my service from PPL. I only wish u had diodes 25olm 2200 for my RV having trouble finding them and need them really badly. Any help would be appreciated. Urgent need to get it running. Sincerely Cindy Hoskins
