Easy and painless
Some products do not have item code number,such as the time delay switch for model 82. No way to order product on line part number. Please advize

My order arrived a day earlier than expected; however it arrived damaged. I called PPLmotorhomes to let them know about this. I received an email about a half hour later saying that a replacement would be shipped later in the day. I also received instructions that the carrier would be picking up the damaged item with a prepaid return label the next day. Great customer service.
