I ordered a replacement module for a 2002 Kwikee step for $179 including shipping. I installed module but it still doesn't work. The motor does work. The wiring harness is different than original. Today I went to PPL in Houston and talked with Ernest. He got me a phone # to Kwikee and I will call them tomorrow about wiring diagram.

The young man I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I had actually given him the information on the refrigerator parts that I wanted. He had totaled the bill and completed the order. Then I asked him if PPL also sold tow bars, to which he answered "YES". I apologized to him saying I should have asked my question before the order was completed. But timing was never a strong point of mine. He said "no problem at all". Reopened my order, added the tow bar I wanted, completed the order AGAIN and the entire order was delivered sooner than I expected. I think it was delivered in 2 days. And the tow bar was over $100.00 cheaper than I had found any other place. One happy customer!

I received this order on 4/8/16 and wanted to make a comment about the packaging. This was shipped in a box that was well over twice the size of the transfer switch and the only packing was 1 piece of bubble wrap that was probably was originally wrapped around the transfer switch case. There was lots of room for it to bang around inside the box during shipment. Although there was not any damage there is a high probability of damage due to all the empty space within the box. This space should have been filled with packing materials or the box cut down to more closely match the size of the case. A picture is attached. Just FYI since UPS is not always easy on boxes.
Exactly what I ordered, I shopped my item thoroughly and found that they had the best deal. Truly the fastest shipping possible. I couldn't believe that it showed up so quickly-I could not be happier! Thank you!
