The thermostat in our camper was not working right so I bought a new original replacement. And now the furnace works great. Some people are switching out for a digital unit. This original style works great.

We have purchased several accessories from PPL as well as an RV. We also consigned an RV. All of the experiences have been excellent.
Took about 9 days to get. I plastic piece was broken, but we were able to use the piece from the old refrigerator. It fit perfectly and works!

Simple and quick
This Atwood Tankless water heater is outstanding. If you ever need to replace your existing tank this is the way to go. Before ordering I called PPL with questions which were answered and helped my decision to go tankless. Delivery was within the promised time frame and installation of the water heater was straight forward with no problems. I will definitely use PPL when ordering parts again. Prices are good as is their customer service.

I ordered the LP tank level sensors, hoping to get them before our camping trip coming up and they actually arrived sooner than I expected.
The website does not direct you to anything except a 1 gpm pump unless you search for a specific part number. I would think that it would show all unless otherwise specified. No big deal though if you know exactly what you are looking for.
The item I ordered was received sooner then it was supposed to. The item was exactly as described. I was very pleased with the product that I ordered and the service that I received.

The only problem I have had with PPL is that I don't get a confirmation on sent orders. No tracking info. The orders just show up. They are always sent quickly but it would be nice to know when they will arrive and have some tracking info.
