Unable to use product as it was necessary for me to have surgery after washer arrived and will not be able to do any work for several months to see how recovery progresses. Looking forward to using this washer as soon as possible.
Fairly easy. Would like to have had the option to paid with Pay Pal, and did not receive the shipped/tracking email, but otherwise it was a great experience.

The items i ordered were on back order, according to the person i talked to, after 16 days i cancelled the order, and ordered from another company, shortly after i placed the order, i got an email saying two of the items had been there for a while, they where waiting for the other one, if some one would have told me earlier i would have taken the two, as they where the ones i needed the most. So you lost a sale and i had to pay more, we both lost.
