Very simple and easy process

I ordered brown converter, you sent me black.
Not that hard to see why I am displeased. I complained with no response from you.

Ask if the bracket that attaches to the receiver came with the item answer received was yes no bracket had to make one useing l- brackets!

Worked great. I had a credit card issue when first ordered.

Purchased 310 toilet for my RV Spoke to customer service to get additional information about the toilet prior to buying. Agent was vert pleasant and helpful. Received quicker than expected and the quality was outstanding. Heavy China bowl, as tall as the high in home toilets and seat is auto slow close wooden, not plastic. Came with a bonus hand held sprayer. High end toilet. Will buy from PPL again!
