My 1980 RV has an extra large hole for the sewage dump so I needed help finding an adapter. I told him it was a little bigger than the common 3" model; maybe 3 1/4". It was raining and I did not want to go out and measure the pipe. Your man found the right adapter with the little description I could give him over the phone. He sent me the right one and it arrived sooner than I expected it to. Thanks PPL. Matt

May 28th I ordered and later received a hot water heater. June 6th the repairman discovered the circuit board and it's housing were broke. I contacted ppl service rep and he took my complaint and said customer service would handle it. Ron Hunt emailed me that he would arrange for a replacement. As of yet, the circuit board and housing has not been received. It should have been sent overnight. I sent another email Sunday asking for the items disposition and received a receipt via email for the items in question. Still no circuit board and housing. Advising the customer of purchases and tracking ability would be a good idea. Communications keep customers not turn them away.

I have never ordered from PPL Motorhomes before. I needed a new door handle for our Dometic RV refrigerator. The sales clerk was very courteous and informative. The handle arrived timely, we installed, and then we took the green painters tape off of the refrigerator. (A properly latching door handle works better than painters tape). My only issue (minor), was that i was told it would arrive on Thursday (and paid extra for that), but did not receive until Friday (we were leaving for the lakes Thursday evening.) We do live in a rural area, and I should have known it would take an extra day.
