Shortly after purchasing I was given a tracking number to gauge arrival time and days later noticed it was not working. I spoke to a very nice man at PPL parts who assured me he would get to bottom of it. My hitch arrived a few days later. I will purchase from PPL in the future as I feel the have competitive prices and great service.

Update to delivery; product came damaged due to improper packaging(minimal protection) and poor FedEx handling.
However, they promptly responded with a replacement being sent out to receive with-in 7 days. The only discouraging news was they used FedEx again! Lets hope for the best!

Quick n easy to order
Order process was quick and easy to navigate. Thereplacement part arrived faster than I expected and included detailed instructions for installation.
! can Had no problem finding the water heater I wanted but had to call to get help with which door to get. Couldn't get an answer to how the water heater is attached to the RV, can't tell by the picture.once I received the water heater the instruction manual shows the correct door. So I have to return the door and ordered the correct door.
