One of my biggest faults I have with companies these days is their lack of customer service. Part of that is simply alerting the customer that an item is shipped. How hard can that be for the shipping dept to send a tracking number? I waited 3 business days for notification that my item had shipped and finally had to send an email asking if it had indeed shipped and if a tracking number was available. It took another 2 days for them to respond with a tracking number and by then the item had arrived. So kudos on reasonable shipping times but boo on customer service.

You shipped a 12V pump instead of the 110V that I ordered. Not only was the pump you sent about 1/3 the cost of what I paid but the one you sent would not work for my application. Had to call to re-order it taking much longer to get the part I needed. I insisted that you send the correct pump overnight but was told I needed to pay for that. Was it MY mistake you sent the wrong one? Ridiculous. You efforts toward customer satisfaction sorely failed.

I ordered a Brakebuddy Stealth brake system. When it arrived, I noticed there was no tape on the box so I quickly opened the box and the items were all loose and not in separate bags as they were supposed to be. At that time I refused the package and UPS man took it back. He even commented about the packaging. Called PPL and they did refund but I had to wait about a week for them to get the package back. I do have to say, they did not hassle me, it only cost me a week delay.
