I ordered a frig, RM 2354, on Saturday, 18 June. On the 21st, Tuesday, I received an email stating that PPL has created a shipment for my order, and gave me a link to use for tracking. On Wed, the 22nd, I checked the tracking, which told me that the shipment, PRO, number was in error. I called PPL immediately and was told that a new tracking number was just issued and I should receive the email soon. PPL sent the email promptly, but the new email contained the same old tracking, PRO, number. So I called the shipper, R&L Carriers. They were very kind and checked the PRO number and agreed that it was in error. Then R&L suggested that maybe the shipment wasn't picked up yet, rendering the PRO number not usable until the shipment is picked up. Well, the shipment was picked up that evening around 9:00 PM. At 7:00 AM Thursday, the 23rd it left Houston and arrived at Atlanta, GA around 10 PM. About 24 hours later, Friday night, the shipment left Atlanta around 10:30 PM, and arrived in Wilson, NC at 7:00 AM on Monday, the 27th of June. I called the R&L terminal in Wilson around 9:00 AM and my frig was delivered Tuesday, the 28th around noon. The driver was very polite. I checked for damage and found none. By Wednesday evening I had my frig installed and working. It works great! Thanks for a great frig and all your help. I guess that I was surprised at the amount of time that the shipment sat idly in different cities. If the need arises, I will purchase equipment in the future...Jim.

It is hard to tell if this survey is for my purchase in June or a more recent purchase. Purchasing the replacement Kwikee 28 Series step was very rewarding. The price was excellent and way below what other places were selling the step for. The shipping price of $14.91 for a 39 pound step was also reasonable. I found after I was able to start the install process that the old connector plug and the new one were not compatible so I called to order a replacement plug as well. The price was acceptable but the shipping price was, is, outrageous. I don't think $10.51 for a 4 ounce part is exactly in line with the cost charged for the much heavier step.
