You boast that orders are shipped same day, mine wasn't shipped for a week and I had to email for a shipping conformation.

I called and told the girl that I needed a carport foot for A&E Dometic awning. She was no help at all.

I went online and ordered the only one you carry, and it didn't fit.

The order came incomplete and contacted the supplier as per Amazon referral and received confirmation that they did receive my message but no resolution has been offered.

PPL has the items I need and shipping time can often be important. Last two orders originated much closer to me than PPL's home in TX. One was 2 days for delivery at standard rates.

Prior to my order, I called PPL to ask if the tank pictured would be the tank I received. The employee said yes, yet the tank was not as pictured. The mounting brackets are different as is the outlet valve position. The valve was at 12:00 position, not allowing for either a vertical or horizontal direct connection of a regulator. I'll make it work, but not without some unnecessary hassle.

We are thankful for having rubber roofing as u have saved 50% over having a repair shop charge us for it and the labor

I ordered on Friday afternoon and product was on my doorstep Monday afternoon. I expected them to take a least a day to ship but they shipped immediately.
