I call ppl to find out what unit replaced my old one ******* you told me ******* but did not tell me I needed a new therm. So when I could not get it working I called domestic and they told me my therm would not work.

PPL was fine however the Rayzar Automatic was defective. According to Winegard, there are issues with the lot mine came from, so apparently you have more that may be bad. They replaced it in 3 days.
