The box that the ladder came in was cut up and had large holes in it. The ladder looks I damaged but not sure if all the bolts are in the box. The fan I ordered came wrapped in plastic and was fine. Not happy with the shipping process of my order

When I realized I needed a Yamaha 2000 watt generator, I first went online to the largest site in the world which starts with the letter A to "one click" my purchase. It was during checkout when I got the message that they would not deliver to my address without giving me a reason. I was planning a weekend boating trip to Lake Tahoe in about a week and needed a generator ASAP but didn't want to spend the full retail price at the local Yamaha dealership. It was then that I came upon pplmotorhomes.com when I was searching the web. Their price was considerably less than what I would have paid from the online store I was going to use so I called the number and spoke with the friendliest person who answered all my questions and assured me that my order would be delivered earlier than the shipper said it would be. I gave her my payment information and received a confirmation in my inbox before the conversation was through. My order arrived in only two days. Needless to say, I am very impressed with this company and will buy from them again in the future.
As far as the Yamaha EF200iS inverter generator goes, I am very impressed. Having a generator that is quiet is very important to me because of the beautiful and sensitive environment of Emerald Bay in Lake Tahoe. I did not want to disturb any other people who would be camping on their boats next to us during the day or evening. The generator was able to run at economy mode keeping my batteries charged. When I needed to run the microwave or cooktop stove, I ran it in full power mode. Being at 6500 foot elevation, I did notice a significant drop in power causing me to not use the water heater because the generator would be under too much stress. Because I primarily live and use the generator at sea level, I can not justify re-jetting to the high altitude setting each time I go in the mountains. I ran the generator off and on the first day for around 6 hours and then topped off the tank with around 3/4 gallon of regular gas. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my purchase.
The order process was fast and easy. The price was very reasonable. The delivery was on time and as expected. The product was damaged in shipment and PPL Motor Homes and Christy Monroy with PPL staff saw to it that the damaged portion of the product was replaced and shipped immediately.
