The light fixture we ordered is what we were looking for although a bit smaller than desired to cover existing holes. UPS had problems delivering to us (I think they had a temp or alternate driver working the route).

The only issue I found, the box was damaged in shipping. I was very concerned the convertor would be damaged too. I went ahead and replaced it, because I absolutely needed power. Thank God it works.

I would recommend better packaging.

I had a problem with the first part that I received. Called PPL and explained problem with part. Sales person, Lynn, sent me another replacement part immediately, which worked properly. Lynn is a very good, professional, knowledgeable, courteous parts guy. Really appreciated his understanding. I will order any parts that I need from Lynn. Kudos to Lynn.

Product was delivered and left on front steps, guess what? It was pouring rain all day but they just left it outside soaking wet, no signature required? For $250 electronics soaking wet doesn't work very well, when I had installed it after it dried...microwave is flashing weird symbols and don't work, a/c turns on but fan runs fast, slow, fast slow...battery is charging.

Customer service is getting a call tomorrow.

I purchased a different camper and needed a 2nd Yamaha generator and the sidewinder kit to tie them together. Ordered it on Friday and was hoping it would make it to Montana by Thursday for our big famikly camping trip- it showed up on Wednesday, so worked out perfect! I couldn't be happier! Thank you!
