I wanted to increase the size of my TT awning. The PPL awning wizard was easy to use for selecting and ordering. The price was competitive and check out was easy. The awning was delivered within a few days of ordering. Great product and great customer experience.

Your people taking orders don't see to know what your talking about, have a hard time getting someone the answer the phone, tried several time to reach some one, my order took forever to get to me, and my customer got mad at me. Plus I did not receive the pin for the bottom of the ref door I ordered number 46-0781 with that being said I am very dissatisfied with you service!
In the past, we ordered a fridge that did not work when installed. After some inspection, it was discovered that a fuse was bad, and after that fuse was replaced, it worked fine.
An AC unit we ordered was delivered and turned out to be the wrong one. It was an auxiliary unit for an RV that had two units. We had to pack it up, carry it to a UPS store and wait for it to be returned before the right one was sent. Bummer!
Stoves and furnaces have never been a problem. But when we order a "cooling appliance" now, we wait with baited breath. The fridge we just received was delivered on time, in good condition and is working just fine. Thanks!

So far so good. Just moved to the area. Hope to be using you for all my rv needs. Do not understand shipping situation. If I pay overnight shipping when I placed my order Thursday night, it should ship Friday and i should get it Saturday. I know fed ex delivers Saturday. Must be some way to inform customer of this. I wasted money on overnight shipping which i did not receive. I could have driven to Houston Friday morning and picked it up myself
