We purchased a new Brisk Air II air conditioner. A customer service agent was very informative and answered all our questions about which A/C would be the right fit, how it would hookup all was done with a phone call. Delivery came on time. We were asked to inspect before accepting delivery. We did and the condition was excellent. We look forward to doing business with you in the future.

We needed to replace a leaking pump in our motorhome. We Googled the name and model number and found PPL. We phoned PPL and were told all about the pump. We placed our order. We were surprised to receive the pump in 3 days instead of the 6 or 7 we were quoted. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

I was very impressed with the service. I called to verify exactly what was in the parts package. The man I spoke to knew the answer immediately. He also double checked on in stock status and gave me the expected time they would receipt resupply which turned out to be right on the money. Shipment was prompt and I received the order well before my motorhome trip. Great experience.
