I talk to two service people. Both were pleasant. This was with the Houston store. The first was a woman and she took all information and I stated quite clearly, several times, that it was important to put the shipping address in the computer a certain way for me to receive it. I also clearly stated the billing address twice. When I received my email confirming the order both the shipping and billing address had problems. I call back and spoke to a man. He corrected the two mistakes and then ask me to stay on the phone while he email my confirmation order. When I received the email both addresses were correct.

I apparently misread the catalog and thought the propane tank sensor kit came with both the magnet (for the bottom of the propane tank) and the monitor to install in the trailer, but instead, for the single magnet kit, there is not a monitor included.

Upon my calling customer service, Ron Hunt was very helpful and overnighted me another kit when I said I was missing the monitor.

As such, the monitor only comes with the double-propane tank kit, so Ron was kind enough to send me two FedEx return labels and promised a full refund. I will now look at purchasing the dual-propane tank kit but I really appreciated the great customer service I received from PPL and Ron Hunt in particular.

Easy order.

It appears no one read the above note: Order arrived early. Park owners looked over the order, and accepted it. When I got the unit out of the box, I found the china, and base in good condition. The seat, however was made out of very thin plastic, and the support web on the right side flaked off into the bowl when I removed the plastic on the lid. In dire need of a new commode. I installed the unit. Everything appears to work properly. 19 inch model is about 1 inch over tall.
