Contacted customer service, prior to purchase, as to what is needed to add a second A/C to my fifth wheel. They advised what would be needed, 13.5 a/c, 2-controllers, thermostat, and grill cover. Assured they would assist with any questions I would have after products arrived throughout the the install process. Couldn't answer questions about what wiring was needed for the install. All products were delivered, 5 to 7 days after the informed delivery date. Grill was damaged and NO install instructions were included in ANY of the product boxes! Called customer service, was on hold for 45 minutes, and visited about the damaged grill and lack of install instructions. Was advised they do not provide support for install and all sales are final and no return on the damaged grill. Was advised to contact freight company to file a claim, even though there was no damage to the package. I was referred to Dometic for any questions regarding install and operation. Had to contact another vender to get the questions answered, even though the other vendor did not sell any of the products. Camping World is getting HIGH ratings for being a class act. I will more than likely not make any additional purchases from PPL Motor Homes.
