I live 4 hours from PPL. It took 7 days for my part to arrive. I had already left that location and it took another 3 days for my part to get to me. 10 days to get a part that I could have picked up in 1 day. Very poor service. I will NOT buy another part from PPL.

One of the heaters must have been old the glue was not very sticky the others were fine. I had to use gorrilla tape on one
