Quick and easy ordering and product was great!

Electric step came with the wrong magnetic switch. I called customer service and a man on the phone totally blew me off. Basically told me "it is what it is so pound sand". Said the switch I needed wasn't carried by the store so couldn't help. Seemed to have an attitude. I don't need that, I will never buy another product from your store. Even if you sold it for less I still won't buy from you.

Do not contact me again.

Just love you guys and service Thanks The box was torn in several area's and a small
Flange that holds the electrical plug was bent due to the weight of the part. I was able to
Bend it back but not to the original shape. It was a tough part to box up.

Product was less expensive at PPL than any other site. I chose ground shipment but because of my proximity to Houston, I had the product in one day. Whether placing an on-line order to calling to get help before ordering I always have an easy time buying from PPL.

I orded a product that was 10ft long and a foot wide. I asumed i was ording a product that was going to be 30ft long and 10ft wide.

Could not of been any easier.

It was exactly what I wanted.
