Slow delivery. Suppose to receive on Saturday but was on Tuesday 2 days later.

Good availability of parts and options, and good competitive price for this purchase.

Tanks had 3/8 inch NPT ports, rather than 1/2 inch NPT, and required additional fittings to be purchased so that it could be installed. I suppose this will help conserve water, yet it is unkown if this will be beneficial for the pump life.

Coleman HQ most unhelpful, your employee answered all the questions I tried to ask them in 2 minutes. Please ensure, if you will, that I have ordered everything necessary (other than a stat) to completely replace a ducted Coleman system. Thank you.

Chair needs:
Upper back rest bar design to stop bar from hitting back bone.
Move leg horizontal tubes down to ground level to help support chair on sand.
Two generous sized cup holders.

Order was in stock and shipped the same day, order was delivered on promised date.

Opened the order and found blank off panels not included with the furnace. Called the company and was expecting to get the run around. Instead I got a call back saying we're shipping em out to you at no charge... great company to do business with. Will countinue to do so

The initial online service was excellent, however, it took a day (18 hours) and three phone calls to receive, via e-mail confirmation of the order. After the confirmation was completed everything ran fine.

It was great.

My only problem was I had to contact PPL to see if my order had been shipped. I believe I read that PPL would send me the tracking #, not that I needed to contact them to get it.
