Received item damaged, not packaged properly, electrical part should be insulated and cushioned properly to prevent damage in shipment, 2nd item ordered from ppl received damaged, because of poor packaging.

PPL did alright except for sending the wrong colored door than I ordered. However the unit we received has a bad board will not function. Getting Girard to call or answer an email is proving to be impossible. I have myself to blame for making the mistake of buying another of their products. I did the install and I know they frown upon that, however it was a matter of taking their unit out and putting their unit in. Really hard, and saved dragging this thirty six footer, seventy miles. Well, we will see where it goes from here. Pray for us if you will please. Thank you, jack

I placed a single order with two different items. One item came one day, and another item came on the following day. All of the items could/should have been placed in the same container and shipped together for the sake of the business and to show me as the customer that all of my items were shipped. I was concerned that one item was not available and I had to contact your customer service. She was very polite and helpful, but could not explain the split shipment.
I have not use the product yet but it appears to be of good quality
