I ordered 2 stove top covers and when I received the order one was damaged. The outside box was not damaged at all so that tells me that it was placed in the box that way. Contacted your business and they have sent a replacement immediately. Very happy with the service and the individuals were very helpful and very nice to speak with along with understanding the problem. All is great.

QUICK and easy
Price was good however when product arrived I inspected the box and there was no damage but the hot water heater I purchased was in horrible condition. Somebody has already tried to straighten the sheet metal and I had to spend about another hour to fix it before I could install
It took 4 days and a phone call to customer service asking why my order still hasn't been shipped to find out that it would be shipped out the following day. (After my call). After that, I got it in no time at all.
