Ordered a propane tank checker. Should be fine. Have not used it yet. Looks good though. Am going to try to get a monitor for inside the trailer.

Parts ordered, none of them fit! Was told by salesman they would fit!Still have nonworking furnace because incompenant sales person does not know what he is doing.Didnt try to return because would cost as much as parts originally. Would not recomend PPL to anybody, Would definantly advised anybody not to contact you people for anything thank god it was 77$ and not more.

I have dealt with PPL twice in the last 2-3 months. The service agents were both very friendly, and knowledgeable regarding products and services. The deliveries were very quick, both within a day or two.
I recommend PPL to anyone needed parts or products in the PPL line.

PPL is No 1 when placing my orders,needing a gas regulator for my furnace I called their service person he gave me the right valve and had in hand within 28 hrs not too bad being 600 miles away.checked the price online for the valve PPL was cheaper than everyone.Will always order from PPL.

I needed a part for my stove which is no longer produced. Newmar does not carry the part I need. PPL was able to find the part and ship immediately. Very happy with the customer service rep I talked with. This will be my first place to look for parts from now on.

All sales people whether in RV sales or parts sales were courteous, knowledgeable and forthright when asked about condition of used RVs.

My only complaint is that PPL does not have a place somewhere in Florida.

PS: What is an "active paying customer"? Is this a person has previously purchased something or someone is paying for something on time payments? Ahh haa, now it is clear, one who actually purchased something.

Dan Nedbalek went the extra mile to find part numbers that were missing from the data base. It was appreciated and I felt that he really had my interests at heart. Wish him a great and Happy New Years.
