I asked parts person if seal was included in ball kit for toilet and she it is seperate. Ordered the ball kit and the seal. The seal was in fact included in the ball kit so now we have an extra seal we didn't need.

Hi I BOUGHT A PART FROM PPL MOTOR HOMES WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED HE LOOKED FOR THE PART. I TOLD HIM I NEEDED A GAS VALVE FOR A SUBURBAN WATER HEATER THE KIND YOU LITE WITH A MATCH HE SAID I GOT IT. WRONG PART

My camper froze while I was away for the weekend and I came back to a broken toilet valve. PPL had the best price so I ordered my new toilet on Monday night at 6 and at noon on Thursday I had it on my doorstep for 8$ shipping. My trailer is parked a mile from a Camping World and I'm still glad I ordered from PPL. They have earned my future business.

Very fast service. Luckily the Renew 3000 spray bottle had been shipped in a plastic bag within the box as a lot of the cleaner had leaked out during shipment. The gallon container had not leaked.
