Easy to find and order, along with quick delivery. The only issue with this order is that the AC fan motor shaft had penetrated the box even though is was nicely packed in foam. This is the second time I have ordered this same part over the past two years and both fans arrive with the fan shaft penetrating the box. In both cases there did not seem to be any damage with the fans.

Ordered the part online Thursday at 9:30 in the morning. Never received a tracking number by email so I called on Friday. They confirmed that they had my order and my part even though their web site says if you order before 2 it ships the same day. They had to send my order to a supervisor to look at it and she emailed and offered me 1.30 which is the difference between 2 day and 3 day shipping. If you need a part asap my advise would be not to use these folks. I paid for 2 day shipping it should have been at my house on Saturday but did not get here till close of day Monday. Sigh. Wont use them again if I can help it.
