We needed a replacement water pump and not only did you have it in stock, but it was on sale. Quick shipment was much appreciated. We will do business with PPL motorhomes again.

Great prices. Don't know how satisfied I'll be with product until after it is installed. Arrived dented and damaged but I can repair some of the damage and I guess I can just live with the dent I did not notice until after delivery. But then I guess my complaint is with the packing of the product not PPL.

Fast shipping at a reasonable price will tell others about them

We have shopped for many years from PPPL and have always been satisfied with their services.

The assistance I received from PPL was exemplary and turn around time was very acceptable. My only concern was with the pricing which I felt was high, especially the $11.00 in postage for an item that weighed less than two pounds. But in fairness to PPL, I have not shopped for the item I needed elsewhere so the product price may well have been competitive. Shipping was not. Over all I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the tank sensors and monitor.They were easy to install and worked good.

Extremely fast service and delivery. Not yet installed.

The door & water heater molding was slightly dented, but was easily repaired. I was very surprised (and pleased) that the shipping was less than $10 for something that size. I had now problems installing the unit.

PPL listed my ShurFlo water pump for half of the "sale" price of my local retailer, and there was no additional tax or shipping charge. The order shipped promptly and I received an email with tracking information. The pump arrived promptly and was in perfect condition, heavily wrapped in bubble packing inside a cardboard box, and included the ShurFlo installation document. Very satisfied with my experience.

My order was delivered late, but I understand due to road conditions, however the package was tore up badly and only half of the parts were inside. As these parts were 90 inches long and the parts missing weighed 74 pounds, hard to believe the shipper could miss something that large. It was R&L carriers, now it sounds like replacement order will be 2 to 4 weeks, None of these issues were ppls fault
