I ordered a Canon Powershot SX720 Digital Camera via PowerSellerDigital.com. I also ordered the External Professional AC/DC Worldwide Rapid Travel Charger, which never came, yet was listed on the invoice and included in what was charged to my card. Worst of all, the camera is a Japanese version, so I can't read anything on the screens! The website said nothing about it not being an American version. As I was trying to figure out how to change the language, I saw on the box "For Japan only. Not intended for sale outside of Japan. Contains no Warranty for outside Japan." The invoice does not spell out the cost of anything... They just printed a total, which was over $100 more than I agree to pay. Please save yourself the pain of being ripped out and taken advantage of. It's hard for me to believe I fell for it, but the website was very professional, so I saw no red flags. Let my mistake save you from being a victim.

I bought a canon 80d with full lens kit and battery as posted on the website, can you believe they sent me the wrong camera, I received a canon 10d from back 2003 and no lens no batteries, they said that what I ordered, are you kidding me? I paid $1,200 for a 25$ outdated camrea? They said then said they did send me a 80d and I was trying to trick them and scam them? I called them and they did not pick up. I called my bank and they said they don't have jurisdiction in a foreign country. Stay away!

Three days after ordering a camera, I received an email saying that I needed to confirm my purchase. When I called, I was told that they were out of stock, but would be able to ship tomorrow, then 'By the way, we saw that you did not order a battery, do you want the 2 hour battery or the 4 hour battery?" I said "I want to check on the battery issue, I'll call you back in 30 minutes". They replied "I need to know now whether to place the order or I will have to cancel it. Batteries never come with these cameras." I checked with Fujifilm and another reputable supplier, and found out that they do. LIARS and CHEATERS.

I can honestly say that his company is both RUDE and DISHONEST. They do not include batteries or chargers with their cameras, and say that is the "industry standard." Not so- every other camera site includes these things. (So when you are comparing prices, they look like a good deal.) I had the same experience as another reviewer, in that they asked me to call because my shipment would take one day longer, and then mentioned that I hadn't purchased the battery and charger. (Which I assumed came with the camera, you wouldn't know, however because they do not list what comes "in the box".) So instead of a $245 camera, it was going to cost $345.
I will return this camera when it arrives next week and purchase it elsewhere. This company is VERY dishonest.

I also saw the July 4 special after returning from a tropical vaca where my underwater camera finally died. Was excited to see the same one with a "promo" for free tripod, etc... 2 days later my email was from "Jerry" at ext 1. Called and he rushed me to order the updated model for $99 more. I asked about return policy when he went into a song and dance about how he can't guarantee when I will get it but it's 7 day return and he can't guarantee when they will receive it. RED FLAG went up immediately. Cancelled the order. Called my credit card company and gave them all the info with company name. I am not a moron and find it disgusting how they prey upon people who are simply looking to get the most for their money.
Despicable people! I believe in karma! If there was a zero that would be what I would rate but 1 is the lowest here.

Bought a canon 5d mark iv priced at 2,354... they did the whole "call back and sell me american version thing" for $3,400 (with $499 3 year warranty, july bundle and monopod for my inconvenience FREE) so i really paid 2,900 for the cam with insurance. Thats better deal than anywhere else! Product came in new and im happy... but still don't buy from these guys. I still got scammed but i still kind of won... idk idk idk! (looking to see if it was refurbished!?) #Skeptical

I saw this July 4th Special on the internet from Power Seller Digital: http://powersellerdigital.com/details/******* I called to confirm the order before inputting a cc for $1384 and was told the camera and the package were in stock. Two days later I received an email from "Bruce" to call and confirm the order. I was then told the Nokia d750 package I purchased was the import camera from China not the US model that was in English and had the wi fi and other perks. Bruce told me that I could upgrade to the US version for several hundred more... I have the link for the package and no where on the special did it say anything about a US or Import version. I am a wife buying a present for my husband. Bruce was Very rude... I am not the type of person to leave a review... especially a bad review... but, could not believe this whole scenario. I wish I would have done my due diligence and researched this company before I cancelled my orders from Ebay and Amazon because we stumbled onto this scam... I would Stay Away from this Company!

Huge Scam. I attempted to order from them twice. Once back in December 2016 for a camera for my daughter. I was told the camera was being shipped out that day and oh by the way would you like to order some batteries for that camera. Call back the next day, I did not receive my tracking number yet just checking on the status... yeah I spoke with you yesterday the camera is on back order. I know it is hard to believe but the same thing has occurred not two days ago the same exact pattern. I have already notified my Credit Card company to monitor my card. Beware of this seller.

I ordered a Cannon T6i body, and 2 batteries for the camera for a camera photo shoot. When I received the camera it was a Cannon 750 (the gray market version). The first time I used it the auto focus either took a long time to adjust, or the gear just kept adjusting, preventing me from getting the shot entirely. When I put the other battery in the camera, the camera gave me an error message saying the battery was counterfeit. I contacted the company the next day, and they agreed to fix the problem with an exchange. They gave ma a return authorization number, and I paid $35 to send the defective merchandise back. A week later I received a box from them with the same defective merchandise I sent them. This convienent purchase turned into a nightmare. I lost photo shoot gigs, and gained undue aggravation. Any company who believes customers should take the loss when buying their defective merchandise is unworthy of your hard earned money, and should not be in business! I had to dispute and cancel this $1,000 waste of time, energy, and money with my credit card company. For anyone considering ordering products from Power Seller Digital, or any other shady company name they go by- heed my warning, and just "Don't Do I!"

Not much else to say other than they are evil. These people sent me a broken camera and refused to refund me my money in full. Stay away from them. I forgot there are cruel and greedy people in the world until I purchased a camera from power seller digital. Lost hundreds of dollars

Ordered a Nikon body, was told the one I ordered on the site was Japan version, I needed the more expensive one to have USA Warranty. Price was still favorable, so I said OK. My card was charged immediately. I was promised 3 day shipping, when day 3 hit and I asked for the tracking number I was told they were notified by UPS that the package had been damaged in shipping but they had more coming in the next week. As I was traveling and had paid for 3 day shipping so it would arrive where I was, I said never mind, refund my card. I was told OK it will be in 24-48 hours, 7 days later I called AMEX and had them refund my money.

This company sold me a broken Nikon camera that came in a tattered box and with parts falling out of the inner container. This was supposed to be a gift for my dad but looked like I had found it while dumpster diving. The company uses a bait and switch where they advertise a lower price and then up charge you on things that should be included (like a battery). If you try to cancel your order because you don't want to deal with frauds, they try and charge you a cancellation fee

I had the same negative experience as others. Price for my camera was $299.00, amount charged was $326.95. When I called they said the $27.95 was a 9% handling fee and claimed it is disclosed in their terms and conditions. There is no disclosure. They advertise one price and charge another. Search around, you'll find a lot of negative reviews for this seller.
