While with them I received an auto loan (15,000). Subsequently I learned their management is completely incompetent. When I left at the branch manned by highly employees, One told me its management policy to keep the remaining loan amount despite telling them it was transferred my new bank. That was in April. I even have a copy of where the new bank paid their loan off, Its now September and no money. I placed a complaint with the Florida Office of Federal Regulation.
