Never received an update when my package reached them. I checked myself and then I paid for the tax. On beacukai, they recognised my payment and said it has been released. I contacted Pos Indonesia to inquire about picking it up. They were repeating themselves like a broken radio that I owed them tax again. When j mentioned and pointed out that the same numbers they asked for had been paid off, I provided proof of payment and that I'd consider this a corruption, they dared to call me out saying this conversation is recorded and I better watch my words lol I called and reported the problem. Emailed proofs and everything. Still waiting. More than a month now since the package arrived in the country.
