Got my port forwarded

I don't know what all the bad reviews on here are all about. I downloaded the software and it forwarded my port for my Xbox One and now I'm able to host COD games where before I could not. It was super easy and I guess some people just can't be bothered to figure it out.

I had already tried the settings manually. I told these folks 3 times that my router is not listed ( Technicolor TC8717T). All they have done has sent me instructions after I wait for days for a reply, to check my port forward settings. I bought this so it could be as easy as explained and that they would take care of it! I explained that I cannot scan my router because it is not in there list!. Wish I could get my money back.NO SATISFACTION AT ALL!

Stay away!

2 weeks and Junk program and NO support, can't even get an answer!

Port forward.com wasn't able to forward the port, I called the help line and spoke with someone on the other side of the globe, I mean I tried to speak with them. They seem to have no Idea what I was talking about, I thought I must have miss dialed the number but no. Their Web site states 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! So far I have sent 4 emails and left two messages and I'm still waiting for some kind of contact. DON'T USE PORTFORWARD.COM!

Hey Mark, I'm really sorry that you have seemed to get the run around. There's no way that was us that you talked to on the phone. Dave, Allen, Tedie, and I are all U.S. based and native English speakers. If we didn't receiver your messages then it is most likely that a spam filter deleted them. We respond to 100% of the messages that we receive.

What Can We Say About: "PortForward.com"
JUNK. FRAUD. LIES.

The software couldn't do a simple port forward on our computer for our business. We followed every step that the program asked and then reached out to the company for help and it was a mess of "hold on's", "try it now's", "i am working on it's" and give me another few days. We asked as part of the agreement to have our computer and router correctly port forwarded manually by them. Was never responded to and was never corrected.

REQUESTED REFUND AND TOLD TO READ A SHORT VERSE:

All sales are final. If you purchase PFConfig and your router is not supported, we will try our best to add support for your router. We add new support every day. We will gladly add support for 1 router per purchase, and we will happily remote admin your computer and get your ports forwarded. Our support team is here to help you.

We offer a 100% guarantee, which means that if PFConfig is not able to forward your ports, we will remote administrate your computer and forward your ports for you personally. If we are not able to forward your ports for you, then we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

"They forgot to read the part where it says that if they "CAN NOT" port forward they will refund you.

I called Paypall and requested they refund us since the company will not and was told that we purchased a program and paypall does not cover it under buy protection.

Hey Glenn, I'm very sorry that you are disappointed with our product and our support. We do our best to make sure that everyone gets their port forwarded, and our software is a huge help to both us and our customers. We respond to every single message that we get. If you didn't get a reply from us it's likely that your spam filter absorbed it.

I'm also sorry that you feel like we are a scam. We absolutely are not a scam and we work really hard to forward ports for people, often at a loss to ourselves.

Yes, if we can not forward your port we will happily refund your money back. In our experience most people just want their port forwarded and their problem solved, and we try to bring them that solution. I know that it's easy to assume that a company is a scam these days and a lot of people are wary of getting screwed. We are in this business for the long haul so our reputation is very important to us.

Once you've gone to paypal and escalated a claim there's nothing we can do except wait for them to review it. If your claim is out of review and you still want support, send us a message and we'll be happy to help. If you want your money back and don't want support that's fine too.

Again, I'm sorry that you feel like we are a scam; we are not. We are Jason, Dave, Allen, and Tedie and you can chat with us in the support system any time you want.

In my experience this software does not work DO NOT BUY IT. The opening web page says satisfaction guaranteed but buried in the page is the official line that all sales are final. I wasted $40.00 an 12 hours on this piece of junk.

Take a look at the images below. Does that strike you as a reputable company?
