I can't even imagine how this company can ethically continue with zero customer care. There is no phone service or answering of emails. Mistakes happen but this company takes no accountability
I really wanted to love this company. I purchased the commuter backpack recently —only taking it to the office twice a week. Unfortunately, a large section of stitching completely came apart where the right shoulder strap meets the bottom of the bag. The fabric separated, leaving an opening in the side of the backpack.
Considering the infrequent use, this kind of breakdown just shouldn't happen. It was honestly shocking and pretty disappointing to see the bag fall apart in less than a year.
What's worse is the customer service—because there hasn't been any. I reached out privately over a week ago with photos, details, and a genuinely friendly message hoping to find a solution (replacement, repair, store credit—anything). I haven't received a single response.
I chose to contact them directly instead of posting a negative review, but the silence speaks for itself. Between the surprisingly poor quality and the lack of support, I will be telling everyone to steer clear of this company using every platform I have. There are too many other brands out there that actually stand behind their products and treat their customers with care.
I purchased the Go Getter in November 2024, I didn't start using it until December 2024. Four months in and the snap closure has broken off and the purse straps are cracking. Contacted customer service and I was told in other words sucks to be you as we have a 90 day policy and they offered a 25% discount on a future purchase. Why would they think I would ever want to support them or make another purchase after this experience?! Replied that a discount was not required as I will not be purchasing any more products from them as the quality is awful for the price you pay and the customer service was non existent. I will keep buying less expensive purses and knock offs that will cost me 3/4 of the price that I paid for Poppy and Peonies but will last me 10 x longer.
My wife bought this at the end of school last year and never used it till school started in September. The cup holder was new to the market and excellent. The stitching is already coming apart after 100 days of school/use. She carries it to and from her office, doesn't overstuff it, and she contacted the company for a solution to be told there is a 20% off coupon. It has been too long. Yes, the color was a limited-time color, so she purchased it when she knew she wasn't using it. Poor customer service, poor resolution, poor quality.
Made a purchase for a purse and within 3 hrs it went on Black Friday sale. They would not honour the sale price. Lost this customer
This was a ridiculous waste of time and probably the 200 people that were in line behind me. People were walking out of your sample sale with garbage bags full. It was akin to a feeding frenzy for the greedy. Only the first 100 or so people had anything to buy. We were there early and waited in line for over 45 minutes. It was not very encouraging for those left with nothing to ever want to return. I don't even want to buy anything from your site now. Why can't people be limited to 4 things max so everyone gets a share. They do this with merchandise at grocery stores and other businesses. The greed in people becomes very apparent at this type of sale. You are enabling this mentality. Last time I consider your product.

I've put an order with them on may 5 2023. In that order I've had a pre order item (at that time I didn't knew that I will only receive my order, all together, when the pre order item will be available). When I made the purchase the item was supposed to be available by mid June, then it was push to end of June. End of June nothing... Finally it was available on the site around July 3rd, now it's July 13 and I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped! This is absolutely not acceptable! I've contacted them a couple of times, always the same boring response, no excuses nothing. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Now I've asked for a refund, I'm a little afraid to see how that will go...!
