I returned shoes that were the incorrect size due to their size conversion chart. They never paid the refund. Return cost huge. False advertising returns policy.

I would highly recommend not purchasing footwear from this company. They seen to have their own rules and send you 1-2 sizes bigger than what you actually order. Their customer service team do not offer any support and continue to refer you to their size chart. Please note the shoes size that I was sent did not even appear on their size chart!
Save your money and buy elsewhere.
