Enjoyed working with Jones on our on our pool, very knowledgable and great to work with. The kit was delivered in about 2 weeks or so. Hired my brother in law to dig out the pool and we did everything else but decks and electric. Would recommend and would use them again.

I am happy with the product and price. My dissatisfaction comes from the way your company handled the delivery. Apparently, your website states that deliveries are left at the curb. This was not conveyed at the time of purchase. The day before delivery, I received a 3 paragraph email making this point very clear. I told your representative that this does not make sense at all. What if it is raining or someone steals it before I can get it to my house? She was adamant that there was no way the freight delivery company could bring it into my garage or in any way step onto my property. She asked me if I had a son that could help me. The irony is that the delivery company was very nice and offered to bring it into my garage because it was raining that day. When the delivery company called to follow up, they said that part of the delivery service involved bringing the item to the closest part of the house like a garage. I would not order from your company again even though I am happy with the product due to your confusing and rude delivery restrictions. I ordered a foosball table. This is not an easy thing for one person to carry up her driveway.

Easy to view, excellent descriptions. My order was in "processing" longer than I expected, but when I sent a question about timing, it was shipped out immediately and I received it the very next day! I'd say it would have been nice to receive some kind of response, but considering I quickly received a UPS shipping notice and then it arrived the next day...I can't really complain!
