I was worried with all the Coronavirus that it would take months to get my order. I ordered a deck ladder and it was very easy ordering and payment. Yes, I would recommend this company and I would order from them again. I received my order with in weeks and it was just what I ordered. I am a happy customer.
Courteous store personnel helped determine delivery time, received product and have been happily using several times a day.
After months of research I finally settled on Pool Warehouse for my pool kit and I am so thankful I did. The care and attention I received during the initial purchase of my pool kit continues today. From the very begining I have received exceptional service. Jt and Jones answered all my questions no matter how crazy they were and eased my apprehension on such a large purchase completely on line. Recentely I made a change to my pool deck and realized I would need extension collars for my three skimmers. The standard order processing time to receive them did not meet my scheduled concrete pour. Once again I reached out to Pool Warehouse sales and reached Marshall Lowe, he was able to assist me to ensure we meet our schedule.
If you are thinking about purchasing your pool kits from Pool Warehouse you won"t regret it. Thank you for everything you did to make my backyard dreams come true.

Does not clean as well as I expected but good for the money.
Very apprehensive about buying a product like this on line.
I got nervous when I was checking out and completed the credit card info, after I submitted it the screen went back to the checkout. So I had to pay all over again. I hope I wasn't double charged. I never received a confirmation email nor any information on my tracking.

Easy to find product and place order. It was the only place I could find the pool robot and caddy as a package deal.
A confirmation that my order had been received would be good (just had the immediate PayPal charge). But otherwise very satisfied!
