Horrible service and company. Would never use again. Ordered product from pic. Was not as described. I contacted them right away, but could not communicate due to the way they request communication. Email doesnt work like that! Terrible customer service! I called next. They say they sent return label and cant do anything (NEVER recieved). Now, they say too late to return. Still in original shipment box. Never opened. $450.00 down the drain unless small claims court. I will proceed due to principle and terrible company. (Incorrect photo)
I ordered a AB625 motor for my Polaris pool sweep. It was shipped the next day and was delivered a day earlier than promised. Motor was an exact match to the old motor and was easy to install.
I receive the sta rite pool pump part that I ordered in a timely fashion. In less than 60 minutes i had my pool pump working perfectly again. No hassle. It was a pleasure working the Pool supply World. Great technical support. I will contact them again when i need repair products for my pool.
I purchaced a pair of reducers for a Pentair Whisperflo pump. I needed to contact customer support to verify the parts would be the correct fit for the model. The application was not on their website. They were able to confirm the fit and i received the parts shortly thereafter which was surprising because of the Christmas holiday.
I had an issue with an order that was damaged. I sent the pictures and they immediately put an order for a new part. I don't usually buy online because of such issue but they are amazing on how fast they took care of this. I got the part the next day! They are awesome!
I had no trouble finding the parts I needed. Those parts arrived quickly and intact. The prices were very reasonable. I plan to order from Pool Supply World again
I was using for 5 years another products from different stores. Every year I had bad looking pool with green algae all 5 seasons. Finally, with your product I do not have any problems with my swimming pool! Thank you!

I ordered a part and minutes later realized I'd ordered the wrong part number. Tried to use the online chat but it was off line, however it accepted an email. I explained I needed to cancel. Next day, called and explained. Customer service rep told me they'd put in a stop order. Two hours later, I got a notification part had shipped. I called back was told to send it back when it arrived and then order correct part. They would refund. Sent it back, ordered new part and they too 15% off the original order price as re-stocking fee. REALLY? That's just poor customer service in my book! Guess any future purchase better be 15% better than any competitors price or I'm not ordering from them again!
Company issued an RMA and I have returned the part.
Was charged a $15 shipping fee and a15% restocking fee which seems odd given the wrong part was sent.
Parts are not well described and uses 3rd party companies to supply them. Charges $15 to ship back and 15% restocking fee after you supply detailed information on the returned item. No customer service at all and would not recommend using this company.
Thanks for the expeditious delivery, great prices. Right to my door, no hauling a 50lb tub of tabs anymore!
