Glad I bought a Poliglu translator, its quality is excellent and it has always been a great help for my travels. Communication is not a problem anymore, it's reliable and it always comes in handy.

Quality at a reasonable cost. Poliglu did not disappoint, I love its quality and the accuracy of translation. Customer service was very helpful too. I totally recommend, all smooth!

Do not buy this product. If I could have given it zero stars I would have. This is a poor imitation of Google translator, it does not operate independently. It requires you to have your cell phone and cell phone service. It doesn't speak loudly enough to be heard and it sounds like a metal box. It does not have a friendly tone that would be amenable to having conversation. Google translator works much better. Further after discovering the poor quality of the product in order to return it, you have to pay for shipping back to Lithuania even though the product was shipped from the US. Then today I got the product returned to me so after having paid the extra money to ship it, they rejected my return, even though I followed the return instructions. Horrible, horrible poor service.

How do they not have a service/fulfillment center in the U.S.A? It will cost me $75 to ship 5 units back to Lithuania (something that should have been posted on their site under the 30 day satisfaction/warranty section.

Seldom will a traveler be connected to wifi while touring. Only when they are in their hotel or restaurant etc so pretty useless and audio quality is also sub par.

I like its function and how it looks. Easy and simple to navigate. They have great customer service too. You've earned one satisfied customer here.

Poliglu's a big help. I bought this because there are so many Chinese in my apt. Building, and I do not understand them when they want to talk to me. Now I can converse with ease using this translator. I am already a senior yet I find Poliglu very easy to operate.

I consider Poliglu an essential for my travels. It's user-friendly and translations are almost accurate – fair enough. Giving this 4 stars.

On a jamais voulu me rembourser surtout que çca prend internet pour l'utiliser et quand on voyage internet coute vraiment cher.alors que on peut avoir des application gratuite sur internet. Ne dépensé pas votre argent sur ce produit. C'est un produit poubelle.

I rarely write reviews, but this one deserves a compliment. It's really good for mid students, and all the features are intuitive and easy to use. We basically use it for the whole family, but my son using it the most. This translator is just right for him, he's really happy with Poliglu. Thanks!

So many languages to choose from you don't even have to pay any monthly fees. As long as you have an internet connection it works pretty good. Just a reminder that speaker must speak accurately with correct pause, otherwise the translation is misinterpreted.

This makes learning French easier and more convenient since the device is portable. I can study anywhere I want at my convenience. A must-have for someone like me who wants to learn another language as an added skill.
