Bought a new watch and chest strap from Polar- watch worked fune- until it connected to chest strap- then it wouldn't work at all...
After many emails to Polar i returned the chest strap- a week later i had to follow them up- tgey said it eas a bad batch and were waiting for replacements - another week and still nothing...
NOT HAPPY with their service at all..
I like to shop at the store itself, but not the shipping. Took forever to get to me and on the way had a package mix up.
