This company is an absolute nightmare, and the leadership makes everything worse. The managers are clueless and fail miserably at guiding or supporting anyone. Communication is nonexistent, leaving employees completely lost and ignored. The entire leadership team is ineffective and damaging. Working here feels like wasting your time and energy with nothing to show for it.
