Received 1870 intensity 7 and tasted really good.My self I just ordered 1870 intensity 9 just to give it a try. These are the Nespresso originals which is competitive priced to Keurig pods.The newer generation ones from Nespresso are really pricey.

They stand by the product, my shipment got delivered to someone else and was late,(got corrected at the post office). In the mean time they sent the same order to me no charge and a little extra. They went above and beyond expectations

I'm not sure this is Pods & Beans fault, actually. The company that produces the decaf pods I purchased through Pods & Beans, has failed to respond to my inquiry about recycling their spent pods. So the question for Pods & Beans would be, "Why do they carry a product whose manufacturer doesn't supply information about the product?" Maybe Pods & Beans has some information for me?

Not easy to return either

Purchased the Caffitaly Nespresso Compatible Coffee Capsules Robusto Blend. Works fine in my Nespresso machine. Good flavor in single/double espresso. A bit weak if you try to brew a larger size than that. Great price for larger quantities of pods. Shipped immediately.

First time a generic works perfectly, without dispensing water first or uneven amounts.

I had a missed shipment and they worked very hard to get me a new shipment. I was personally connected to someone who worked there who messaged me when the shipment went out. I will be buying from them again!

Received order in 4 days, and the price was right, would recommend

I was very satisfied with the delivery time and condition. However, the description said it would fit the coffee machine my sisters have (Bloomfield POD2 - 2 cup/ Ser #PB*******M3415). They do no fit. How do I return for a refund? I was visiting them in TN when I ordered them shipped to Wilma Young, 639 Danley Rd, Charlotte, TN *******. I have brought the box with me back to Boynton Beach, Florida.

They did not have the size pods I needed so they refunded my order. Thank you. Appreciate their response.

Was sent the wrong pods and then I could not return them

Every 5th pod will get stuck and jam out
My Nespresso machine is brand new so it must be the difference in the pod design from the Nespresso brand - otherwise it's good - coffee is flavorful and creams up like Nespresso
