I accidentally used the wrong shipping address on a Sunday knowing that they were closed. I then sent a note to their customer service team. They replied quickly Monday, corrected my error, and shipped the product out shortly thereafter. It's been a perfect experience so far, and the prices through their subscribe and save program are excellent.
I ordered the wrong product and requested a return, still havent been contacted! Very disappointed!
My first experience was at my sister in laws who insisted I try your coffee, because she knows I love coffee, but she had decaf and I don't like decaf because it's usually lacking flavor, to my surprise it was flavorful. Sometimes I crave a cup of coffee at night but can't have caffeine at night as I suffer with restless leg syndrome. Now I can enjoy a cup of coffee in the evenings. I bought decaf & Arabica and had to buy a pod coffee machine to enjoy your coffee.

Pods and beans makes a recurring order order simple and affordable
On Dec. 2,2022, I received 200 coffee pods with an expiration date of Nov. 8,2022. The product was manufactured in Italy on Nov. 18,2020… not a good seller.
These pods were very affordable, came timely and are making delicious espresso!
I'm very happy with the pods I purchased and fast shipping and very good communication.
I called as I was not certain of a new vendor. After purchasing through Amazon, they were out of stock of the coffee I wanted. So glad I did. They helped me pick the right product, gave me purchasing options and even suggested other items to try that based on my original request that I might like. Provided tracking information and even assisted when UPS did not deliver properly. Can't imagine going back to Amazon or any other vendor with this type of service and value.

Compared to the samples from buying my nespresso machine, the quality of the 70-sample capsules I bought from pods and beans are way worse: The capsules are loose and the tastes are much worse. I guess I got what I paid for.
The shipping speed was awesome and the coffee was very good also. Hope to use this vendor again.
