I had a 2:00pm appointment and arrived at 1:30. I explained the problem with my AC, the attendant said it would cost $220.00 to charge it and the any other expenses would be added on. My car did not go back to be serviced until 3:30 when I asked if they had started on it before that. Unfortunately no. We are short a staff member today and running behind schedule. My car was done at 5:00. When I paid my bill I told the receptionist that it would have been nice to have had a phone call saying there was a staff shortage and have the option of rescheduling and not find out at my appointment that lasted 3 and a half hours.
I am at awe at the results I got after using podium. Very very very impressed with the results. I'd recommend them anytime.
