This place is terrible takes your money. Won't refund money for parts you sent back. Won't call you back. Send you emails that refund in 1 to 2 days but it has been over a month and nothing.
This company doesn't communicate they haven't sent me an order number it's been 3 weeks and 5 emails later with no response I don't know what's going on but they have charged my account
I received product in 4 days from order. However I never received a email saying my order had shipped. Called the number & got a voicemail didn't get a call back. Called again and got someone from what sounded like a person from India with dogs barking in the background. He seemed to be helpful but, had no information my item had even shipped. This seems to be warehouse that deals with outside suppliers. Again I got what I ordered but, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Communication between the two parties and you is questionable. I am not sure about this company.
Scammers they send the wrong part and they won't return your money don't ever buy from them, with poor customer service.
I ordered the mirror April 10.2021 and still have not received the mirror. I have made several call to customer service inquiring about my order. According a representative in customer services I should receive item on April 23.2021. No tracking have not ever been provided. Nor haven no shipping notice been proved to indicated that the item have been shipped.
Unbelievable... 2-plus weeks to deliver parts and it's now three weeks - still no parts delivered. And the website is just as slow. Enter the order number and 30 minutes later, the site still hasn't provided that info (just get a little handbag wit moving dots - I guess that means it's the king?). And the best part is some survey site asks for my experience... what experience... what, they expect me to say how great it is when I haven't even received my parts? Oh, come on...
Shipping didn't take long. I got the product that I wanted.
I bought some auto parts that never were sent.
The support email does not respond to my emails.
Reported to Paypal Resolution Center.
Overall it was ok, delivery really quick, but no info about delivery, the price was higher than i liked, but thet had the part

Mediocre at best I never got confirmation like I was told I would that the product was shipped I tried and tried and tried to get in contact with customer service with no success but several messages never got a call back send emails never heard back from them at all but it did show up almost 2 weeks later. Too bad I purchased apartment someplace else because I thought I got burned cuz they do not communicate

Their fit calculator told me that a part would fit my car. When it arrived, it was apparent that it was not the right part. I tried calling for a week and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Via email, it took me two weeks for them to tell me how to return the part. They refused to pay to have the part shipped back despite their website saying it would fit when it did not.
I ordered part 11/2 guaranteeing a delivery date by 11/6-11/9. It's now 11/24 & no part or any info on what's going on. Every ph# for company get no answer, you can leave message but never returned & I sent email to customer service about situation & they responded stating they received my order? What the hell is that telling me! I Know they got my order, I can read my freaking bank statement for that info. I want answers to why I've still never gotten part cause when I ordered they clearly stated parts in stock and would be delivered by 11/6. I've still yet to hear from company about my situation. Definitely starting to feel company is a Fraud & my money been stolen
I was not giving a tracking number until about 4 days after the product was shipped and then it was over a week before it got here but it was not the shippers problem. USPS had the part going all over the United States before I finally got it. Yeah
First time ordering from Plusmore and I am quite satisfied! The delivery was very quick, and I was contacted often about when the item was available for delivery. I would definitely purchase from here again.
Good price and reasonable shipping. Good deals all around. I received my order in a very timely manner. I was also able to track it accurately. Very happy I chose you all
I bought a power steering line for a Dodge car wagon a 2001 model and they sent me some kind of Ford model that did not fit they promised me my money back which I never received be careful these guys are crooks
