I took advantage of their 50% off flash sale from Instagram. I don't really have complaints from a shipping perspective and i live in Australia. But the returns/exchange seems a little sketchy? I need an exchange with one of the two suits i ordered as the top is too big and the bottom too small. Their site also says "out of stock" for this suit. I have been trying to find out whether or not the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return as well as then the shipping back out? If that's the case it will cost me more than i paid for the suit itself.
Also returns form says it is to be shipped to the U. S but it comes from Turkey? Super confused. Anyone had experience with shipping a return. Do i not bother and try to sell it on Ebay instead?
Bought a swimsuit here, cloth quality is surprisingly good and i love the way they packed it. Customer support could have been better. Overall, a good experience.
I bought recently from Plumeria Swimwear to gift my gf on her 19th birthday. Cool site with easy navigation but they need to improve their customer support otherwise its a positive experience for me.
Worst people to deal with. Not worth a penny. Run away. Their customer service is so horrible it's really not worth the headache. As you can see they hav horrible reviews, I should have stayed away from the start.
I order online frequently. I have to be honest I was hesitant to order because of the reviews... I read quite a few stating poor shipping and small sizes. I ordered the trouble in paradise suite Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend with the free shipping code and received it today just one week later (over a holiday weekend). The company is easy to talk to with the online message system. Also, they have size charts for every suit that you can easily follow to get the right size. LOVE!

I got my purchase last week, vibrant color and great quality material.
I received my package yesterday as expected the delivery came at the right time. I must say the cloth quality is top notch. You guys earned one more customer :)
My bikini is extremely cute, however, when my bikini wasn't in after three weeks I contacted their customer service which is only a sill little chat on their website, and they told me it hadn't even been processed yet. I then waited another 3 weeks for the bikini to get here. If you need a suit for a vacation, like I did, make sure you order this bikini two months in advance just to be safe. There are many other cute bikini websites that deliver within a week. I don't recommend.
It is one of kind swimsuit, make you feel like you are a movie star when you wear this. It has very unique sexy design that is very well made and embrace the your curve very classy and sexy! I live in the USA and my shipping was really fast considering it ships from overseas, the top was too big so I sent it to Los Angeles and they shipped me the Medium the whole process took about 6 days! I'll definitely order again they have super cute colors and styles!
